Easter Treats

At the Te Uku school gala a few weeks ago I had a yummy peppermint creme, mmmmmmm it was good! So I thought I would have a little experiment, these are the results. Now, no one is going to give me a job as a chocolatier but I think they aren't too shabby for a first time attempt.
